The coastal walk from Molyvos, Lesbos (Mythimna) to Eftalou, Lesbos is a short but atmospheric route of about 3 to 3.5 kilometers. The path follows the coastline and offers beautiful views over the Aegean Sea and the Turkish coast.
There is an elevation difference of around 80 meters, with quite a few hills, so keep that in mind before you start.
Along the way, you pass olive groves, small hidden bays, and the famous hot springs of Eftalou. Unfortunately, the springs are currently outdated. Later that week, I heard that they are planned to be renovated during the coming winter—so by 2026, they may be available to use again. 🌿🌊
