On a quiet Sunday morning, I looked out from my second-floor window at the tree standing right in front of our home. Between the branches, great tits fluttered back and forth, busy chirping and searching for something to eat.

With their lively energy and bright yellow chests, they brought color and a gentle sense of joy into the day.

From my window, I was able to capture them beautifully. Moments like these remind me that nature doesn’t have to be far away — sometimes it’s right there, just outside your door.

Taking the time to pause, watch, and photograph these small scenes feels like a quiet form of self-care. Slowing down, noticing the details, and simply being present in the moment.
